Karey Neal is a catalyst for transformative change with a focus on servant leadership and the future of work. Her work centers on uniting diverse communities and transforming how we approach each individual in our personal and community spheres.
Her passion lies in the exploration of common threads of empathy, which she skillfully weaves into the fabric of the proverbial tables she’s consistently building. These tables serve as bridges, uniting diverse communities and fostering connections; in an ambition to unite communities. In her role as a community leader, Karey recognizes the urgent need for transformation in how we approach our teams, employees, neighbors, and, most crucially, our immediate spheres. The future challenges us to "be the change" that the world so desperately requires, and Karey Neal is at the forefront of this movement.
With nearly two decades of experience as an HR Business Solution Servant, Karey's primary focus has been on "The Future of Work" and the establishment of robust operational teams. Her reach extends across the globe, from nurturing start-ups with as few as nine employees to overseeing the intricate workings of large consulates serving close to a thousand individuals. This diverse range of responsibilities, spanning budgets from just under $250,000 per year to a staggering $6.8 billion, underscores her exceptional adaptability and skill.
